It's Never Too Late Lyrics and the meaning.

It's Never Too Late Lyrics and the meaning.

I watched this video on YouTube and it was quite chilling. The scene where the girl was being restrained by staff at a psych hospital and injected with drugs and then crow feathers falling. Did you guys write these lyrics or was this something that came down from above? What is the meaning of this?

This world will never be what I expected
And if I don't belong who would have guessed it
I will not leave alone everything that I own
To make you feel like it's not too late, it's never too late

Even if I say it'll be alright
Still I hear you say you want to end your life
Now and again we try to just stay alive
Maybe we'll turn it around 'cause it's not too late
It's never too late

In the video for this song, it portrays a young woman in a state of panic being physically restrained by "mental health" orderlies and led away to be strapped down on a bed. The camera focuses on a tray that has an array of drugs on it. There's a little girl there and some dude with a Freddie Kruger shirt on looking at her with a strange look on his face. I don't know what she did to get herself in that situation, but I was in the exact same situation myself not too long ago. There's more going on in this video than meets the eye. I don't know what I did to trigger the chain of events that took place, but I sure wish I could understand why. I don't know exactly what happened to me in the hospital, but they do. "Maybe we'll turn it around cause it's not too late, it's never too late." How can I turn it around? That's all I want to know. What can I do now to change course and get right with the One who has all the answers. I sure never wanted to pick a fight with anyone. All I ever really wanted to know was what my purpose was on this planet.

Hey. I've seen several (like 8 or 10) interviews asking the same question... Adam said he wrote this in rehab, along with other songs on the one-x album (pain, animal I have become, etc). He also said it means that no matter where you are in life, its 'never too late' to turn it around and get back up
