last night, i was talking to my dad and asking him if i could have one of his old metallica shirts, and he was all "i'm trying to do this thing for work. i'll talk to you tomorrow" so i went to go talk to my mom and all of a sudden i remembered that mom said if i took advanced classes next year (cause i'm kind've smart...) she would let me dye the tips of my hair purple this summer. so i said "mom! can i dye the end of my hair purple?" and she said "why?" and i said "cause you said i could if i took advanced classes next year i could." and mom said "but then everyone would think you look like bethany." (bethany is one of my buddies that mom doesn't like cause she hangs out with all my other friends mom doesn't like) so i said "bethany doesn't have purple tips. and theres nothing wrong with bethany." and so our conversation just kept going on like that for a while until all of a sudden it hit me. so i said "mom, are you embarrased to be around me cause of the way i look?" and mom was all "what kind of question is that?" but she never answeed the quetion. she was just silent. so i said i was going to bed and i went upstairs and i was so mad that mom was embarrased of me. so i listened to riot for and hour on like, blasting volume. and then i cried myself to sleep. ahhhhhh!
