It's a relief to learn that you're not alone, and it hurts to know that you've hurt those around you because of being depressed. Three Days Grace is influential to me, they all lift me up on the darkest of days with their music. It's what they write that engorges the soul. I think that they are the coolest band because they don't hold anything back or away from anyone.
