I almost figured out how to play Riot on the guitar without slowing it down the other day... then I put thicker strings on the guitar and BAM! it was gone! *whines pathetically and mopes around*, lol, oh well, it'll come around

it's a scale that goes up and down the fretboard hitting a bunch of notes that go well together and are often used in solo's... I found practicing them about 50 times helped with fingering quite a bit but it does get boring after awhile... (started practising them while listening to music! lol)
also "Never Too Late" is a really good beginner song cuz it's chords being used as single notes and once u figure it out it's really fun to play along with the song on!
(want me to put down the Penatonic Scales on here?)

Probably around 2 yrs, but I haven't actually been able to play ne thing til the past 1...
followed the books like nothing else and hardly learnt s*** then actually went out and started trying to learn the songs and suddenly the guitar seems a lot more funner and rewarding!
Do you know ne thing about the Penatonic Scales?
