honestly guys, we've still probably got quite a long wait ahead of us. Waiting for their second album (one-x) they gave us "dates" for about a year and a half to two years before it was released. I wouldn't expect it this year, they'll normally start promotion for the album and release the new single a few months before the cd is released. Recording takes quite a while - there are usually unexpected problems that add huge delays (i know they had issues with the vocal tracks from one-x and had to go back to the studio to re-record)
we don't want to rush a good thing. as you all know, it'll be well worth the long wait

i'm not ready for their next album yet.

if they release it, then they will NEVER play any of their earlier songs when they FINALLY return to australia properly. and i won't ever get to hear the songs that changed my life.

so i am completely opposed to a new album.

I think its gonna be a great album, just like the other two. Because they've said so many times that it will take a while to produce cause they wanna make as asskicking as possible.

I read on Adam's myspace that it might take longer than the fall... they don't want to rush it. I am totallly fine with it. So what, we wait and listen to the sixty or so songs available to us? That's fine with me ; I want the final product to be the best they can make it.

no..its probably gonna release in early 2009. its way way way to early. they still have to make atleast 6 or 7 more tracks. they need to go to the studio and sound them out. Record them. Ship them. And release them. That takes a long time. making the tracks would take around 1 or 2 months.(if you want to make them good) to get the feel of the songs and stuff would take about another 2 months or more. Recording them...not 2 long..but quite some time. oh and copy the cd's about 100.0000.0000 times. lol. just forget what im saying..i confused my self. lol.

Yes yes we all know this.. Great thing! Cannot wait. But i can't and at the same time i can.. I'm in no rush for the 3rd album i want the guys to enjoy their very long break! Plus that give them a good time to reflect on things and think "What next for this album?" Not.. "Oh my gosh guys we are running out of time! The fans are expecting it out this fall!!!!" Patience is key.

This is awesome. I cant wait. This album will probably be the best one yet. Im hoping for 3DG to have their same stylee still thouigh, but a few songs with heavier instruuments would be cool.
