I'm a fan (and you should be too) because...
I've been a fan of tdg since the band first came out. The sound of there music was amazing and the songs they wrote related to me in ways I didnt think music could. I went to their Milwaukee show on May 25th 2007and again Oct. 3 2007. I was supposed to go to the show on march 28th (thanks to cagerattle radio), but the will call sheet was lost, and i wasnt let in (which pissed me off) But, I did get to do a meet and greet with them which was amazing. and the day after (the may 25th show) I finally bought One X. I had heard all the songs before hand, i just never bought the cd. I listened to it 3 times the first day and at least once ever day for 2 weeks after that. When you read the lyrics- you can tell that they are real emotions from them. Not some fake ones to sell a cd like a lot of artist do. This cd saved my life- and im not just saying that to get attention. I was in a rough place at the time and everything crept up on me at once. I'm not talking about school-related issues or boy problems. These problems were with myself and it was too much to take in at one time. I'm not going to tell you my life story here because it's my business, and if you really want to hear it then ask, otherwise im not going to say it on here. But anyway, I was ready to end it all- and I tried to as well but these lyrics stopped me. Never Too Late and One X helped me the most because of the lyrical content in them. Those songs were perfect for me at that time and if it werent for them- or the rest of the album- I wouldnt be typing this today.
Im one of tdg's biggest fans, and I owe my life to them
So excited
I've saw tdg On may 2th at the rave, Oct 3 in Green bay and now March 28th at the rave again(i got free tix)! PLUS: this time will be the best cause i get to actually meet them!
