This first album is still my all-time fave... it helped me through a hard, alcoholic time in my life; it helped me through almost getting a divorce (didn't though, that's where One-X came in); and it still helps me deal with serious anger and rage issues every day. It makes me remember where I came from and although I miss the things I did, I don't miss who I had turned into at one time. Whenever you feel yourself slipping, listen to this album - then listen to One-X all the way through - it doesn't matter what your problem is - every song is about you or your own life.
