I haven't been sleeping properly for a while now..
It's pretty annoying 'cause i'm constantly tired..

Anyone got any suggestions to help me sleep more?

My name's Katy.. But everyone calls me Katt.
I'm 14 years old and live in Wales.. Ughh, lol.
My hobbies are listening to music,
Attempting to play my bass guitar that i got for christmas,
Talking to my boyfriend,
and that's about it..
I've also recently started fencing, but i'm not very good (:
My favourite bands at the moment are:
