I WILL NEVER LISTEN TO BUY OR SUPPORT ANYTHING 3DAYSGRACE AGAIN!!!
I BOUGHT 5 3DAYSGRACE VIP TICKETS FOR 904 DOLLARS TO MEET THE BAND AND GET AUTOGRAPHS AND ALL THAT FUN STUFF AND WAS TOLD TO WAIT IN LINE LIKE EVERYONE ELSE AND WHEN WE FINALLY GOT IN THE DOOR THEY SAID SORRY ITS OVER ALREADY AND THE BAND WONT MEET NO ONE NOW!! THERE TO BUSY!! NOW I KNOW THAT THE SHOW WAS FOR EVERYONE AND NOT JUST ME BUT! WHEN U PAY 180 EACH TICKET AND THERE NOT HONORED THATS NOT RIGHT! SO NOW WE BEEN FIGHTING WITH TICKETMASTER TO REFUND SOME OF OUR MONEY AND THEY WONT THEY TOLD US THAT EVEN THOUGH WE WERE GIVEN THE WRONG INFORMATION AND EVEN THOUGH WE WERE TOLD TO WAIT IN LINE LIKE EVERYONE ELSE ITS OUR FAULT AND THERES NOTHING THEY WILL DO FOR US!! THIS IS TERRIBLE FOR BUSINESS AND HEY 3DAYSGRACE THESE GUYS ARE COSTING YOU HARDCORE FANS!!! BECAUSE THERE DOIN BUSINESS FOR YOU IN YOUR NAME SO MAYBE YOU SHOULD LOOK INTO WHAT THEY ARE DOING TO YOUR FANS BECAUSE EVEN THOUGH I LOVE YOUR MUSIC AND IT MAKES ME HAPPY ALL I CAN THINK ABOUT EVERYTIME I HEAR A SONG FROM YOU IS THIS LOVELY EXPERIENCE!! Im revising my post. Its NOT Three Days Grace's fault! Ive got VIP tickets for Nickelback in May, and after reading one of the other posts.. They are right. You should of gotten a email explaining exactly what to do. I will be there HOURS earlier just to make sure that I know exactly where I have to be to be in the venue 1st so I dont screw anything up. I just think its totally wrong to come on here and bash Three Days Grace for someone elses fault is really messed up. Why'd you even waist our time posting this. This is a fan site.... just my opinion... I would NEVER join just to bash a band on "their" fan site.

The instructions in the e-mail you should have received prior to the concert are VERY specific. You're told to arrive there thirty minutes before the band's representative will come to get you. Assuming you were there on time, you would have been waiting thirty minutes before someone would even come get you. It also says to make sure you arrive early because late arrivals will not be permitted. That is entirely your fault.
And if you were actually there on time and just didn't wait in the right place, that's also your fault. You're told exactly where to go and wait.
It sucks that you couldn't meet them, but no one else has had that problem unless they have arrived late, which it has specified you can't do.
